God with us: Advent 2020

From the very beginning, God is intent on being with his people. "I will be your God, and you will be my people," he promises time after time. "God with us" doesn't start in the manger; it is a theme held throughout the biblical storyline. While we need to know and celebrate that Emmanuel, the Savior, the promised Messiah was born, we also need to go back to the beginning to understand the fullness of our human need for a Savior and how he was anticipated long before he came. Join us this Christmas season as we journey through the biblical storyline, marveling along the way at how God has kept and fulfilled his promise.
