Building Use Requests at Harvest

1. IF YOU DO NOT ATTEND HARVEST: The only way to move forward with approval is to first contact the church office. If you do not contact the church office, your form will not be considered.
2. Complete the online form: Click here.
3. As you wait for approval, review the Facility Use Policy and Lock-up instructions.
4. Upon approval, building access and further instructions will be communicated.
